Why Theatre?
Being a part of theatre is an educational experience that helps develop creativity and the ability to cooperate and work with others. The experience of being on stage also helps develop confidence and good presentational skills in speaking, singing, and movement.
Whether in front of the lights or behind the scenes, each person involved is important. There are no "stars of the show" in The King's Theatre - each one, no matter how "big" their part, plays a huge role in helping everything come together, and by doing their part with excellence, each one brings glory to God as His representatives.
Without our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we could do nothing worthwhile! Throughout each production, the focus will be on glorifying our amazingly faithful God.
